Enterprise 2.0; benefits veryfied

The topic Web 2.0 is hot and it's use in Business especially, that is why mc affee invented the term Enterprise 2.0. My interest is in the benefits of Enterprise 2.0 and how these benefits are proven in an acedemic way. First I will do a literature search on what allready is proven to be benefits of Enterprise 2.0. Than i would like to do myself a research on the use and benefits of Enterprise 2.0 in different Businesses.
