Open is the new Closed
Today (exactly at 1600 hours Amsterdam time), I will publish a new tech. prediction for 2009 on Capgemini's Technology Blog: http://www.capgemini.com/technology-blog . In this post, I am predicting that there will be much more open communications and collaboration between organizations in 2009. It will become a bare necessity to survive in next year's harsh economic climate.

Item on microblogging on Talent.
Microblogging (you know, Tweeting) gets attention on Talent (Capgemini's internal channel for news) now too. There seems to be an increasing awareness of collaborative tools such as Twitter.
